• From 200,000 km. Also found in black folder under the seat.
• At 201,000km: Timing belt, air filter, oil filter, water pump, alternator belt.
• At 208,000km: Rear shocks, oil change, front tie rods, battery.
• At 217,000km: Front tyres, windscreen wipers, front left light. Including a general check-up which showed good condition.
• At 225,000km: Oil change (motor oil, gearbox oil, brake fluid), change of filters, engine cleaning, intake cleaning, throttle body cleaning, suspension fixes.
• At 228,000km: Front brake pads, Moo valve (N75 vacuum pressure valve), auxiliary water pump, 4 new tires, engine coolant. All at the official VW garage in Peru, Lima.
• At 245,780km: Change of motor oil and oil filter. At Copec.
• At 247,000km: Change of rear shock absorber and bushings. At Mendoza Repuesto.
• At 252,000km: Turbo system check before the high altitude of Bolivia. Vacuum and intake leak test. Sensors and N95 solenoid test. Showed very good condition and no errors. All done at Turbo specialist in Salta.

• Result: Excellent condition, no issues. Work performed by a turbo specialist in Salta.
• At 254,450km: Oil change and filter change. All at the VW garage in Argentina, Mendoza.
• At 259,850km: Change of front shock absorbers & turrets. New clutch. Installation of alternator charging system for house battery. All done at Firewheels in Peru, Lima.
• At 260,000km: Rooftop sanded down and painted with 2 layers of black rust protection paint.
• At 264,500km: Full service (oil and filters changed) at Interamericana, Peru.
• At 276,500km: Full service. New brake pads, oil change, all filters changed, rear suspension stabiliser bars changed at Marchesi, Buenos Aires.
• At 283,000km: Rear suspension springs changed.
• At 287,000km: Service (oil and filters changed) at Marcotti Motors, Buenos Aires.
• At 287,000km: Solar panel replaced after blowing off in Patagonian storm. Stronger fitting. and power increased from 160W to 185W.
• At 292,000km: Alternator ratchet pulley replaced in Florianopolis, Brazil.
• At 295,000km: Front suspension top mounts and trapeze horns in Ica, Peru.
• At 298,000km: Full service (oil, filters and full mechanical check), front steering tie rod replaced, brake, clutch and flywheel replaced.
• At 306.500km: Mechanical check.
